Update to DBS customer contact centre services – 15 to 20 August
This week (15th - 20th Aug), the firm that handles the DBS' contact centre (Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS)) are taking industrial action.
This means customers contacting the DBS via phone, email and webchat may face delays. However, this action should not affect the turnaround times for DBS Checks themselves.
During the industrial action, the times of the customer contact centre will be reduced to:
Monday 15 August 2022 to Friday 19 August 2022 – 9am to 5pm
Saturday 20 August – Closed
Webchat services will still be available to customers in normal operating hours (Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm).
