Personnel Checks Sister Brand TaxiPlus Launch Independent National Taxi and Private Hire Driver Survey
Blackburn, Lancs: July 10, 2024: We are excited to share the launch of the National Taxi and Private Hire Survey by our sister brand TaxiPlus. In collaboration with TaxiPoint, the leading news source for the taxi industry they are attempting to carry out the largest driver-informed survey ever conducted in the UK.
About the Survey
TaxiPlus, a leading provider of safeguarding and screening solutions for UK local authority taxi and private hire licensing teams, processes tens of thousands of DBS Checks for drivers each year. By engaging with drivers nationwide, TaxiPlus aims to obtain a wide range of responses to provide a clear picture of the industry's current state.
The survey includes nine sections, covering topics from health and wellbeing to industry hot topics, to understand how drivers perceive the industry. It is open to all current UK taxi and private hire drivers and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participants will be entered into a draw to win a £500 Amazon gift card upon completion.
Objective and Importance
Creating a neutral and trusted industry survey has been a longstanding goal for both TaxiPlus and TaxiPoint. The insights gained from this survey will highlight key industry trends from a driver’s perspective and can potentially influence future policy changes.
