Jack Mellor - Managing Director

Prior to joining Personnel Checks, Jack spent 5 years managing international accounts for a global software company. Here he learned how to tailor practical solutions to address any organisation’s unique requirements. By empowering employers to make safer recruitment decisions he believes we can build a safer society for everyone

As Managing Director, Jack is determined to deliver a compliance management solution that works for everyone. An alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK Programme, Jack constantly strives to better himself so he can lead Personnel Checks into the future.

 

Simon Dickinson - Finance Director

Simon has managed Personnel Checks accounts team since its inception. His financial expertise and strategic leadership skills have been instrumental in our development. 

With a decade of accounting experience when he joined, Simon was determined to develop the skills to help lead, influence and inspire the finance department. An objective that he has well and truly achieved in his time with us and continues to achieve each day. 

 

Matt Payne - Chief Marketing Officer

Matt brings with him 15 years of marketing experience and his insights ensure we are growing our digital audience, service offerings and most importantly reputation by successfully communicating Personnel Checks as the leading background screening business in the UK.

 

Simon Henderson - Chief Technology Officer

Writing code in one form or another for almost 30 years, Simon’s passion is evident when he talks about building applications. The driving force behind our technical team, his skills have been pivotal in the development of Personnel Checks as a digitally-led business.

Ryan Sidley - General Manager (TaxiPlus)

He was fundamental in growing TaxiPlus from a small division of Personnel Checks into the industry-leading safeguarding and licensing support service it is today. As General Manager of TaxiPlus, Ryan works with a diverse cross-section of licensing authorities across the UK implementing tailored background screening, safeguarding, and training solutions.
